Great luxury building in LES

close to Target and Trader Joe's, friendly doormen and staff, great amenities
Cons:
loud (if close to Grand Street), there is always construction around

Building is cheaply made and things fall apart all the time, constantly having to put in maintenance requests

Was overall fine, the building was well insulated so the energy consumption was super low
Cons:
Industrial gas stove/oven and no vent for it nor would the windows open more than a crack, so cooking would often become a pain. Rooftop closes at 10, which sucks
