Slow to fix important things Leaks clogs, roaches ants front office security colluded with superintendent and manager when tenant leaves and returns to carry out thefts disable elevators delete CCTV footing of thefts and violations 1st shift guards very rude

Owner lantern community services .involved in all violations .rent scam , RECEIPTS ,food package sare a real joke .staff is irresponsible and slick .lying to NYPD .making tenant as MENTALLY incompetent
