    Thefts ,drug dealing enter tenants Apt without any notice .disabled HVAC from a

    Clean .maintained by workers .
    Cons:
    Slow to fix important things Leaks clogs, roaches ants front office security colluded with superintendent and manager when tenant leaves and returns to carry out thefts disable elevators delete CCTV footing of thefts and violations 1st shift guards very rude
    Advice to owner:
    Owner lantern community services .involved in all violations .rent scam , RECEIPTS ,food package sare a real joke .staff is irresponsible and slick .lying to NYPD .making tenant as MENTALLY incompetent

    High ceilings, Ada accessible, central location close to everything, relatively quiet block especially toward west side.
    Cons:
    Neighbors are dirty and loud, alot of drugs, witnessed stabbings in the lobby, disorganized management, security creepy af.
