Great building and community

Pros

Beautiful river views. Well-staffed. Building is clean and well-managed. Apartments are large and pin drop quiet. Lots of amenities. Neighbors are friendly. Great closet space. Very clean.

Cons

Bike storage is vertical and a bit of a pain if you’re small or lack strength. It’s a bit of a walk to catch a train at Columbus. Shuttle helps, but it’s only during rush hour during the week.

More shuttle bus hours like other properties in the neighborhood.

Cons

Located right next to the Con Ed Power plant, so noisy 24/7 Expect a high rent increase of at least $200 - $2000/month upon lease renewals, depending on various lease terms offered by the management

It’s always price :) We had a renewal offer that was 700 more. We tried negotiating for a 500 increase instead but leasing will not budge.
