    Nice building, bad area, greedy Managment

    Pros:
    Building is nice, has a gym and trash duct
    Cons:
    Maintenance fees keep goi by up while service remains the same. The Managment people are super greedy and try to squeeze money out of everything. They say no Airbnb in the building but I’m pretty sure they let people on the last floor do it

    Pros:
    We’ve never had any bugs. Management is very responsive. Neighbors are quiet and polite.
    Cons:
    We’ve had issues with the shower not draining/needing repairs. All 3 AC units have leaked at various times, but they do get fixed. Neighborhood is so so.

    Landlord is aggressive and will charge you for every single thing

    New building, elevator
    Cons:
    Not in the safest area. Was a shooting 300 feet during 4th of July weekend. Packages will get stolen. Gym is tiny and laughable. Owner/landlord is greedy and will charge you ridiculous charges like general repairs.
