Nice building, bad area, greedy Managment

Pros

Building is nice, has a gym and trash duct

Cons

Maintenance fees keep goi by up while service remains the same. The Managment people are super greedy and try to squeeze money out of everything. They say no Airbnb in the building but I’m pretty sure they let people on the last floor do it
