Quiet Inside, Loud Outside

Pros:
Calm, are able to live in peace, 2 door entry system
Cons:
One of the doors doesn't always lock, area outside has a lot of people who can be loud/smoke
Advice to owner:
Door needs to be fixed/be able to properly lock, but otherwise it's a nice place
