    Pretty good overall

    Pros:
    Nice views, solid construction, no noise from neighbors. Responsive maintenance folks.
    Cons:
    Common areas could be somewhat better maintained, but they are still in pretty good shape. Rent has gone up a lot. Building is also now charging common utility fees.
