Beautiful Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice doormen/doorwomen Very responsive super Management is communicative smart home technology Beautiful and clean Marble and wood floors Working elevator Private package room Floor to ceiling windows Washer dryer in unit Friendly quiet neighbors Pet friendly
Cons:
Noisy for the units facing third avenue, but thats New York for you. Otherwise nothing at all.
