    Well run, clean but small / overpriced

    Pros:
    Have lived here for multiple years. Really well run building. Very clean. Responsive to maintenance issues. Quiet neighbors.

    Had to live with construction for 2 years but now it seems that is over. Apartments are very small and very expensive. The area is highly comme
