Great building but….

Pros:
Overall a GREAT building and the super is fantastic
Cons:
The heat bills go through the roof during the winters. You also are close to meth clinics so the junkies are everywhere in the summer. As a woman, keep your eyes open ALL the time and look over your shoulder.
Advice to owner:
Lower the heating bills somehow. Rent is already crazy high in NYC as it is.

Pros:
Keith the Super is incredibly responsive and takes care of his people. Good location. Common areas were always clean.
Cons:
We had an issue with our heat in the middle of winter. We were left without any heat for over two full weeks and the landlord only jumped into action after we threatened not to pay rent....

Be more responsive to building issues
