    clean and tidy excellent top tier management
    Cons:
    kitchen isnt very thoughtfully designed, no drawers

    New building, high build level, great appliances and heat/ac unit
    Cons:
    In apartment hot water heater, noise from outside neighborhood, no services.
    Advice to owner:
    None, they were transparent enough when I signed a lease.
