Slumlords - Don’t Rent Here

Pros:
The building should be great. Big apartments, nice layout.
Cons:
The landlords do not maintain the building and it is falling into disrepair. They also don’t fix issues that are repeatedly brought to their attention. There is black mold in the building and the water quality is poor.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building and your tenants.
