    Pros:
    Clean lobby
    Good air conditioning
    Not too much noise
    Good maintainence
    Nice kitchen
    Cons:
    Sometimes windows don’t close fully
    Laundry cards are delayed sometimes
    That’s all!
    Advice to owner:
