Not worth your time or effort
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only good thing about this building is that it’s close to the train and bus station
Cons:
Poor management and lack luster owners‘elevator are out on the regular’they lie about waiting on parts from Germany’when the real issue is the repair company refuses to come fix elevator cause they have not been paid for previous repairs’north tower elevator was out from thanksgiving to February 24 ‘elevator issue is so bad they added a clause in the lease that you understand that the buildings have elevator issues
Advice to owner:
Drop kick your sorry management ‘

It’s clean, quiet, well maintained

I wish we had a pool! I had a beautiful welcome mat outside my door which i was told i had to remove due to it being a fire hazard which is ridiculous.

Will be very Deceiving to get you to move in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train & Restaurants
Cons:
Poor management 'lazy staff can't get your package in a timely manner cause staff says they do not feel like processing them, they lie on resident 'also they do not act on complaint on staff or illegal resident in building'yet lie and sue residents for telling the public the truth about the building having look yet poor workmanship''leaks elevator out on the regular' flooding from rooftop.had a resident die and staff member opened up a package that came for him and staff members toss it in the trash'cause it was not anything he could use, when he was supposed to return to sender. Also I had bedbugs my first year ,have known felons in building, who are not on lease'also they (staff) have stolen mail out of mailboxes.Move here at your own risks.&and they are racist and homophobe
Advice to owner:
Get rid of Demont reality and some of the staff&stop acting like the tenants are only ones that are supposed to follow the lease agreement

Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern, clean, nice gym, awesome rooftop social space
Cons:
Shoddy mgmt, loud neighbors, thin walls, elevators out of service often
Advice to owner:
If you haven't get new mgmt as the building has issues that can't be fixed so proper mgmt is key

Little Hell on the Hudson
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has 2 separate roof tops , it's in a quiet area near everything
Cons:
Management, poor staff manners , lies, deceitful open hatred , homophobia, favortism towards certain tenants , open harrassment from building staff
Advice to owner:
Get rid of Dermot , they lying to the owners about things that don't happen, the owners don't know about the staff indiscretions
