- Good layouts and sizes - Pretty modern

Cons

- Package room is always a mess -Not all the outlets work - Management isn't super difficult, but definitely not easy. Very hesitant to spend even a penny. Super can be helpful or unhelpful, really depends on his mood for the day - Can get noisy, especially on weekends
