Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for 155 Attorney St reveal a building with modern, well-designed apartments and appealing amenities like a rooftop with BBQ and elevator access. Tenants value the quiet atmosphere and strong water pressure, especially in courtyard-facing units. However, management's responsiveness and maintenance are frequently criticized, with complaints about pest control, broken appliances, and unresolved fire alarm issues. Neighbor relations and noise levels vary greatly, with some describing disruptive neighbors. Garbage management and cleanliness receive mixed feedback. Rent increases and security deposit disputes have also been sources of tenant frustration. Prospective renters should weigh the appealing features against management and neighbor concerns.

Great place to live as long as the rent is appropriate

Pros

rooftop with bbq / elevator / clean

Cons

Landlord takes time to respond

Quiet in a good location

Pros

Our room was super quiet. Lots of good light and cleanliness was never a real issue.

Cons

Package room could be a sh** show and there were some break-ins. Building management is pretty unresponsive and rude.
