Fabulous roof, awesome neighbors, high ceilings.

Cons

Literally so filthy. You’ll see the hallways and staircases are truly disgusting- just know that the apts, while they have been wiped down at best, are completely infested with roaches and the base boards never really get clean no matter what you do. Also utilities are INSANELY expensive. Probably because you’re also paying for all the hallway electricity.
