Not built to last…

Pros:
Beautiful views, amazing rooftop, nice area, kind building staff, young/fun neighbors mostly, newish building, new appliances, floor to ceiling windows, washer and dryer in unit, big stove and fridge, storage unit downstairs, bike room, gym-like area
Cons:
elevator has constant issues, drainage in bathroom is constantly problematic, unfinished floors stain easily (when i say easy i mean you dont even know how they got stained), saw pest control only 2 times in my time there and there were bed bug issues, packages get stolen, sliding doors jam and malfunction, worst of all… the heat! You only control the heat by opening and closing the vents (if your vents are well installed..)otherwise its building controlled and with the low ceilings and no AC basically sept thru may it gets VERY hot. Also building has leaking issues from the AC units that cant be fixed in some units, also owner/management does not always follow tenant code - had to threaten to call housing to get most of my deposit back with no warning no discussion they just tried to take it. Way overpriced for the actual space.
Advice to owner:
Spend the money to fix the leaks and and needed maintenance well now before the building gets too rundown.
