    Nice building but too pricey

    Pros:
    Units are modern, well maintained and have laundry
    Cons:
    Can be pretty loud because right on Houston, and neighborhood can be hit or miss at night

    Great building and amenities, terrible management team

    Sound proof windows and walls.
    Common areas are kept clean and the trash room gets cleared out often.
    Cons:
    If one of the amenities needs a repair, it could take upwards of 10 months before it's fixed. Ex. one of the treadmills broke and only got fixed 5 months later, TV in the lounge area stayed broken for 1 year despite already notifying management multiple times prior.
    Experienced 2-3 leaks from the rain in the past 3 years.
    Packages sometimes get stolen but I think thats to do with the postman leaving them out in the lobby.
