    Pros:
    Very clean and great water pressure Responsive maintenance and good amenities.
    Cons:
    Harassment, bad business practices, retaliatory litigation, eviction of lottery tenants, short term illegal rentals, inequitable to all tenants

    Stop being greedy scumbags

    Pros:
    The building itself is gorgeous in design and idea, but a bit lacking on execution. Nice fixtures and amenities though. Apartments are large.
    Cons:
    Management is terrible. Actually criminal as the previous leasing agent embezzled 10,000$ from the building. Not surprising though, considering the funds that were embezzled were probably generated through the illegal short term rental units. It must be a challenge to keep track of illegal moneys earned, right? They discriminate and don’t allow certain people to use the amenities. They enter units when residents are not home.
    Advice to owner:
    Get your shit together.
