Pros

Maintenance requests handled the same day, thick walls (can't hear your neighbors), no pests/bugs, friendly doormen, never lost a package

Cons

Sometimes the elevators can be down (for two months, two out of four were down) but since it has improved. They do charge for EVERYTHING (even if you foster, the cost is pro-rated).
