Rent was affordable and management is willing to work with you

Wow this building was disgusting. Garbage EVERYWHERE. inside and out. Homeless people just sleeping on the floors and in the lobby. Drug addicts just shooting up on the stairs. And management just gave up. Roaches/mice in abundance. Management would shut off water with no warning. This place was a mess.

Advice to the owners

You gotta get more aggressive with problematic tenants and trespassers in the building. Also the super needs to be fired, the building was always disgusting.
