Great location with spacious units
Pros
- great location (14th and 6th); very well connected to public transit - doorman/elevator building with on-site laundry - spacious units; bedrooms and living rooms were very spacious - some of the best closet space you’ll get in NYC - maintenance is very responsive and good quality - front desk very friendly
Cons
- small kitchens; feels cramped to have more than 1 person in it. Also they’re closed off so it’s claustrophobic - very expensive. No in-unit W/D or amenities in the building, so you’re paying a premium for the location - not much lighting in the units. There are lights in the bathroom, hallway to bathroom, entryway, and kitchen. Otherwise no lights in bedroom and living room. Natural lighting is OK; half the units are internal facing so very average lighting - management can take a while to respond
