Pros
The building was very beautiful, I’ve never seen such an impressive gym. It’s like equinox level, with a full sized pool, basketball court etc. it definitely was a flex bringing people over. I liked that there was a roof top and common areas to host guests. The apartment itself was very large and had nice finishes. The building was empty so there wasn’t much noise or traffic getting on and off the elevator. The building has a doorman and a package room which made it easy to get your packages. The light from the windows and the dog park were also an added bonus.
Cons
The building isn’t maintained well, you can tell they stopped trying. You can tell there are tenants that don’t know how to keep nice things because sometimes you’ll see writings in the elevator, the Saint Anne’s side constantly had police called. They will charge you $159 per wall for tv holes when you move out which is illegal. It is reasonable to make the tenant fix them or withhold some of their security but it has to be at cost not a flat rate which is in violation of the law. I ended up paying someone $150 to patch up holes for my 3 televisions.. I don’t see the point of having a party space that can fit 30+ people and only limiting tenants to 10 guests. We were told that we’d get 6 months free for parking but then when we went to use it they didn’t want to honor it so beware of the fake incentives. The kitchen isn’t well ventilated so you will smell everything. My partner is in insurance and I’m in legal, they still made us use the guarantors even though we had the finances
