Love my Landlord, not so much the noisy neighborhood.

Pros:
The Landlord is the sweetest most understanding woman of color who is totally open to helping those with voucher programs. She is very responsive with tenant complaints and is a compassionate person willing to assist anyway She can.
Cons:
I love my apartment and the building itself because it's clean and small with only 11 units, 5 floors. I hate the neighborhood. It is a tight knit neighborhood where everyone kinds of know everyone and as an outsider who is homebody the socializing at all hours of the night any night if the week started to make me regret moving in. After two years I found myself wanting to move because of the noise but found myself staying because I would hate to end up in a quiet neighborhood with a landlord who doesn't hold up their end of the deal, hence why im here.
Advice to owner:
Dedra Wade is a God sent. Truly a woman who takes her position seriously and professionally.
