Please consider before moving in

Pros:
Nothing is nice about this building
Cons:
There are several holes in the ceilings and floors. Water leaking from the radiator. The building is never cleaned. Rodents in every apartment and the lobby.
Advice to owner:
Get new superintendent who actually clean the building and repair the apartments properly.
