Terrible Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- It was an apartment. Technically.
Cons:
I lived here since I was a child, and I am now an adult starting my career. I am not making any of these statements lightly. Anything you could imagine about my description below I assure you is an underestimation of how terrible this building is. Take the worst idea you may have and multiply it by at least 10-20x.

- Bedbugs
- Roaches
- Rats
- Bathroom ceiling that caves in once every year because of broken pipes
- Electricity goes out every summer if too many people in the building use ACs
- Unresponsive landlord
- Condescending landlord who belittles you because of where you came from
- Super of the building is incompetent
- Any basic repairs take weeks to months for completion
- Any meaningful repairs will not be properly taken care of. Instead, there will be a cosmetic solution. That will take weeks to months for completion
- Literally, anything else that you could think of that may possibly fail. Will fail.
Advice to owner:
There's not much to say. He owns the property. Doesn't do much else besides that.
