Horrible, I truly would not recommend

Pros:
Rent Stabilized Building
Cons:
Serious rodent problem, super is rude and nonreponsive, management is completely non responsive, everyone has refused my request to com find mouse holes in the apartment, neighbors will steal your packages from your doorstep and are loud and rowdy most nights, drug addicts shoot up and leave needles in front of the building, and there is always a group of men who don’t live here sitting on the steps in front of the building during the summer months.
Advice to owner:
Do better overall. Seriously.
