Review Summary for 424 Grand Concourse
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 424 Grand Concourse in Bronx highlight a great location and good neighborhood, with responsive management for garbage. However, concerns exist about the old building needing repairs, low water pressure, presence of pests, and noisy neighbors. Some residents mention high rent, homeless people outside, and cleanliness issues. Suggestions include improving building infrastructure, lowering rent, and enhancing security measures. Overall, while praised for quick responses, the building faces challenges related to maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities, making it less recommended by some tenants.
