dirty neighbors destroying the building and not keeping it clean. maintence also is not on point so its a recipe for disaster , children playing in hall way, expensive parking, neighborhood kinda sketchy
get more porters, regular cleaning for common areas, more events for residents, get repairs done in timely manners
