Pros:
The neighbors are great.
Cons:
Everything is falling apart from the ceiling of my apartment to stairs in the hallway. Stoves are always malfunctioning. And the owner has yet to repair or replace. And I reported this over 4 months ago.
Advice to owner:
You get your rent on time fix these issues please
