Old building that need repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The stairs are clean sometimes and the garbage is organized.
Cons:
The building is old (so some places in the apartment theres led )and sometimes it takes a long time to get something fix inside the apartment.
Advice to owner:
The stairs should be clean everyday or at least 3 times a week.
