There’s never heat, the mice and roaches are everywhere specially in the staircases. They don’t clean often and any repair job they do is never finished.
Advice to owner:
For the rent that they raise they need to fix these apartments. Very poor quality and as for management they need to communicate with their tenants instead of ignoring them.

Location is great because its near transportation and also near stores and laundry
Cons:
Rent is high and they raise it drastically, poor in repairs, poor heat, no security cameras, elevator very old
Advice to owner:
Please take repairs seriously and provide heat!
