Not worth the rent

Pros:
The exposed brick wall
Cons:
The loud ass neighbors playing their music every night blasting that you can hear from the top floor!! Smoking hookah every day and night in the front of the building.
Advice to owner:
Ban or kick out the people who play their music loud every night and maybe the rent would be worth it.
