Building needs many repairs

Pros:
In a decent area Big bedroom Big living room
Cons:
Needs to be updated A lot of repairs are needed and super doesn’t respond to them
Advice to owner:
Maintain apartments Update floors, paint, stove and fridges. Respond promptly to tenant complaints
