The only pro is that I know majoirty of the people here so I feel safe in the building.
Cons:
-garbage is full of rats - old man cleans the floors not the "site manager" - site manager never fixes anything correctly because problem occurs again - they leave a mess after fixing an issue - takes forever for the site manager to fix the problem; takes him weeks to care about it -this building in general is rotting; DO BETTER!!
Advice to owner:
Please find someone that cares enough to maintain the building and do their job correctly. If you hired someone who cared about others and liked their job these reviews wouldn't be given. PLEASE DO BETTER. I am tired of dealing with something every month because no one actually fixes correctly the first time.
