- There is frequently no heat and/or hot water for days at a time, and management neither informs tenants nor provides a timeline for when it'll resume - Rats and very large bugs are a problem
Advice to owner:
Please do better. I feel as though management doesn't maintain the building because it's filled with people on public assistance who don't pay full market rent. Heat, hot water, building cleanliness, and pest control are not luxuries or amenities. They're human rights.

As bad as the building is, the neighbors are at least unified in hating management
Cons:
Everything but the people who live there, honestly.

Sell the building to someone who cares, please
