Pros:

Cons:
Never have I come across such a pest infested apartment like this one. I mean.. flying roaches, flies, mice, RATS, you name it we had it. It was a living nightmare! Building super was extremely rude and unprofessional, we constantly complained to him about our troubles and it’s like he didn’t care. When we moved into the apartment there was a missing door for one of the kitchen cabinets, we moved out and that door never got fixed thanks to the super. Once we started complaining about the pests he would always say “I’ll come check it out tomorrow”, tomorrow came and he would not show up. He even lied to my fiancé once saying that he came knocking on our door and no one answered which was laughable. I work from home so I’m home practically all day, why lie about it? Just do your damn job. We had a dishwasher that never worked, the fridge stopped working by the summer time which btw spoiled all our groceries, the oven stopped worked, in the winter there was NO heat whatsoever we were living in an ice box. We were so over it, I regret not calling the city on them because the space was just so uninhabitable. We left the apartment before the lease ended and of course they kept our deposit but that’s okay as long we weren’t living in that overpriced zoo.
