Been living here over two years No heat and water winter time no heat

Pros:
I like nothing about this building the super is not helpful at all the landlord is not helpful at all there’s nothing that I could paint out about this building that I liked
Cons:
Everything everything is terrible about this bill then
Advice to owner:
My advice to the owner is the fix thing get the roof fixed get the heat fix fix the hot water tank get the garbage cleaned like there’s nothing you guys are doing concern this building and then collecting rent
