Wouldn't recommend anyone to move into this building

Pros:
There is nothing I like about this building
Cons:
Roach infestation, dirty hallways, very poor management, apartments falling apart no heat/hot water for long periods of time and it happens mainly in the winter there's so much wrong and management does not fix anything.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants the way they should be treated we pay a decent amount of rent to have to live the way we do.
