Decent building but needs work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are roomy, have high ceilings, exposed bricks, and some have recently renovated kitchen units.
Cons:
Roaches, mice, and some terrible conditions. At one point in time there was a stair missing in the main corridor. Windows are drafty. Management lies about sending pest control every month.
Advice to owner:
Keep garbage in bins even the garbage on the street. Mice keep getting into the bags and keep coming back for more.
