Was good when I moved in.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry room on site.
Cons:
Has become dirty. People throwing trash out the window, pee in the hallways Bugs and rodents. since programs have been accepted, it has gone downhill.electrical outlets are super outdated.
Advice to owner:
Clean it up.
