Regular Bronx apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
People mind their business but they do say hello in the stairs. Building is sturdy and did not have any effects of flooding during the NYC hurricane
Cons:
Smoking is prohibited but some people do it anyways sometimes there’s trash in the stairs.

Advice to owner:
Be more willing to help fix the apartments and maintenance
