Roach and rat infestation

Pros:
A cross the street from a park
Cons:
Roachs, mice( its a infestation, neighbors who smoke and play loud music all day , the building is dirty constantly, landlord / porter never show up , you must fix everything yourself
Advice to owner:
This building is under manage this is not a clean building there are mice and roach infestation so bad that you can sometimes step on roaches and mice in the hallway! without I wouldn’t live in this building it is absolutely disgusting should be demolished because it is so old that everything is coming out I would not consider this a safe place to live let alone rent
