    Squatters on the 1st floor will break into your home and mailboxes.

    Pros:
    It is close to a supermarket, discount stores and clothing stores.
    Cons:
    There's squatters in the building on the first floor. They broke into the mailboxes and broke into my apartment. They stole my fridge.
