Pros:
Minimal noise and nice neighbors on 6th floor.
Cons:
Disgusting, people doing drugs in the building, dirty lobby, terrible pest control. Lobby door is open so trespassers can enter.
Advice to owner:
Clean the lobby, Fix the lobby door, Remove trespassers from the building, get better pest control.
