Horrible Building Management - I do Not Recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
My apartment was renovated before I moved in
Cons:
Loud inconsiderate tenants, neglectful landlord, garbage in hallways and lobby, pest issue- no monthly exterminator service for building, lack of heat during winter, entrance door always broken, mailboxes falling apart. Homeless drug addicts take shelter in lobby and on staircase during colder months leaving open needles around. No security camera in building. Building is not cleaned properly by super not even during the covid-19 pandemic. Landlord did not send out any notice in regards to covid-19
Advice to owner:
Put more funds and into security and cleaning up this building! Listen to your tenants. Stop the neglect.

Is a nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
The laundry is next door
Cons:
Roaches everywhere. The pet control is zero to none. People do drugs ( smoking or injecting) in the halls. There is always something not working or broken. Conditions of the building is no good. The super ignored the calls to repair in the apartments. The company does not follow with the repairs.
Advice to owner:
Correct all the violations that you have and charge the tenant a reasonable amount.
