    Pros:
    Elevator , no mice , the floors are always kept clean daily , laundry room
    Cons:
    The bell doesn’t work sometimes , small bathrooms , not really a huge space for 2 bedroom but depends on what your looking for.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t really have one
