Great building, terrible landlords

Pros:
The apartments have a nice layout and in general, the neighbors are nice and keep to themselves.
Cons:
The owners allow issues to destroy the building. Lived here for years with electrical and water issues that never got fixed. The super actually broke in and changed my lock once even though I was current on my rent. And the management company is impossible to speak directly to. They are a terrible company and you should avoid any property owned by them.
