DONT MOVE IN THIS BUILDING

NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Cons:
There’s never heat or hot water. So if you like taking showers in the winter or sleeping comfortably, say goodbye to that. The building is literally falling apart, there cracks along the ceiling in almost every apartment and holes everywhere! The floors be coming off. They dont tell you this when you sign the lease but you will have roommates once you move in. You will share your apartment with Mr. and Mrs. Mice and their very big family and of course cant forget about their cousins, The Roach family. Yeah they dont like it when new people come in so they do the most to run you out (aka they will crawl and jump on your bed) I could go on and on but what I already said should be enough to get you to keep looking elsewhere.
Advice to owner:
This building been crying for help and ya’ll not listening to it. There’s not one apartment without problems. Its time ya’ll just let it go. Buy the tenants out and demolish this building and build a new one.

Cons:
Terrible when it comes to repairs, super is lazy, building smells most of the time
Advice to owner:
Sell the building, sell it as soon as possible
