Pros:
Supermarket , schools, hospital and transportation is nearby
Cons:
The building is always dirty. Superintendent does not answer his phone after 5 pm Pest and rodents is very annoying to live with
Advice to owner:
Foggy windows needs to be changed Rats and roaches are insane through out the building Stay on top of maintenance
