Avoid at all costs

Pros:
Live-in super, close to subway stations and Grand Concourse avenue.
Cons:
Management is very unresponsive, neighborhood not adequate if you like sleeping and resting.
Advice to owner:
Please do a better job in making QUALITY COMMUNITIES...
